TrustedCompany is a review collection and management platform, similar to the likes of Trustpilot and TrustedShops. Their main differentiation is that they focus on emerging markets such as Indonesia, Brazil and India; other than this they have a very similar offering to other review platforms.
TrustedCompany was recently acquired by the French company Net Reviews, which work with large French enterprise clients like Fnac, Lacoste and Air France. Though little has been published about the acquisition, it was likely strategic in nature to bolster their presence in emerging markets.

BazaarVoice has an incredibly strong offering aimed at the enterprise, that helps with a range of user-generated content. As opposed to consumer-facing review platforms, they help brands and retailers generate and manage this content on their own sites, as opposed on the review platform. The BazaarVoice network similarly syndicates reviews across millions of store-fronts around the world, giving you a broad reach for your content.
TrustedCompany offers a compelling review platform solution for companies based in South East Asia, India and Brazil, and has been building their brand towards consumers in these geographies for the past few years. For companies outside of these areas, there are likely more fitting review platforms which have a better brand awareness with consumers there.
We put this comparison together to help you as a business owner navigate the world of review platforms. There are so many different platforms to choose from, and this competition means that the power is in your hands.
As with most things, the devil is in the details when it comes to review sites, and we'd be happy to offer our impartial opinion if you think we could help. Just get in touch!
